Google +1 is for users of Google.com to share website  recommendations when they are logged in.  This adds fuel to the rumour that Google is planning to introduce social sharing  into the search results .  If you’re looking for it, it’s currently only available for US users on Google.com, however it could have major implications for page rank  and driving traffic when rolled out to other countries.
